"Lizi is an excellent advocate and facilitator of the Rising Strong™ and Daring Way™ programs.  She is authentic and committed to the goals of the workshops while working to meet individual and the group's needs. Lizi frequently sent additional materials between sessions which she thought might interest us and to also enhance the teaching.  Lizi was able to adapt parts of the workshop as we frequently overran our own personal sharing of the homework and connections we were making to the material in our lives.  She still managed to listen and be present while keeping her agenda.
