I believe transformation happens when you feel seen, heard, and supported. That’s when clarity, courage, and lasting change become possible.
About Me
From the time I was a child, I was endlessly curious about people. As the middle daughter in a family of three girls, I often found myself quietly observing the world around me, noticing emotions, reactions, and the unspoken dynamics between people. Sports became another way I shaped who I was. As a gymnast, diver, and swimmer, I learned early about discipline, structure, and the commitment required to show up fully, lessons that continue to ground me in both life and work.
At 18, I left my home in Mexico and moved to Israel, stepping into a completely new culture and way of life. It was the first of many transitions that would test my resilience and deepen my trust in intuition and inner wisdom. Again and again, I found myself in places where I didn’t quite belong, navigating differences of culture, language, and religion. Yet those very experiences became a gift, teaching me to connect with people across boundaries and to see our shared humanity first.
A turning point occurred when I was 38, sitting in the audience listening to Dr. Brené Brown speak about her book, The Gifts of Imperfection. For the first time, I heard someone define courage and authenticity in a way that resonated deeply. In that moment, I understood that I am a courageous woman. I realized I had been living in alignment with my values, leading with authenticity, and trusting that I had something meaningful to offer the world. That moment became a defining milestone: the intersection of my personal journey and my professional calling.
Since then, Brené’s research has been at the heart of my work. Today, I am certified in Dare to Lead™, The Daring Way™, and Rising Strong™, and I continue to bring these transformative frameworks to leaders and organizations worldwide. Alongside this, I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling; I am a Master Certified Coach (ICF) with over 20 years of experience and more than 7,000 hours of coaching; I am a Leadership Circle Profile practitioner, and a Certified Grief Educator.
I work trilingually in English, Spanish, and Hebrew and internationally, partnering with executives, teams, and organizations across the corporate, nonprofit, education, and government sectors. My work integrates diversity, equity, belonging, and inclusion (DEIB) principles, helping create cultures where people not only perform but also feel a genuine sense of belonging. Whether I am supporting a leader, facilitating a workshop, or walking alongside someone through transition or loss, I create compassionate and non-judgmental spaces where people can connect with their most authentic selves, build courage, and make meaningful and lasting change.
This is not just my profession, it’s my life’s work: to help people live fully, lead with integrity, and embrace the courage to bring their most authentic selves into the world.
